Happy New Year! I can’t believe it’s 2021. It feels like 2020 flew by so fast. A new year always feels like an opportunity to restart and turn to a new chapter. I enjoy reading and writing and in 2021, I am going back to publishing content here on a daily basis. So you can find new content here at least 5 days a week. You’ll start to see regular recurring series here on the blog and new multimedia content. Today, I’m revitalizing a series that I had on the blog years ago, where I shared my favorite articles from the week with you. The Sunday Digest is back.

If you follow me on Instagram, you know I workout on a daily basis. My workouts range from 30 to 60 minutes a day. I have to get my body moving. This New York Times article that came out this week mentioned that you don’t have to work out for a long time to see long term results for a healthy lifestyle. The article stated that it only takes 4 minutes to get the job done.

One of my 2021 goals is to finally finish paying off my debt. Being in quarantine has let me live a more minimalist lifestyle and be conscientious about my spending. But I’m finally ready to turn up my debt-free journey a notch. Last week on Good Morning America, they profiled a single mom who recently paid off her debt. I love hearing inspiring stories like hers.

I’m trying to read more in 2021. I’m a very slow reader and sometimes it takes me forever to finish a book. NPR’s Life Kit podcast recently shared several tips on how to read more books. This podcast episode will help you get through books quicker.

This is the time of year when people focus on fitness and adopting a wellness routine. Here are 10 fitness hacks you can do from home.
