How to Make Fruit Infused Waters

Last week I posted my fruit infused waters on Instagram and I received an overwhelming response from followers asking me to share the recipe. I don't drink sodas and the only way I can tolerate water is by adding a little flavor. Instead of buying flavored waters from the grocery store I decided to make my own at home. It's pretty simple to make and takes no time at all. All you need is your favorite fruits, fresh herbs, and water.

This weekend I went to my local farmer's markets and stocked up on fresh fruits and herbs to snack on during the week and make fruit infused waters. This week I brought oranges, strawberries, kiwis, lemons, raspberries, and mint.
